How investing
with DIVVY works

Each project is assigned a number of lots, valued at a specified amount. Buyers are allowed to purchase a maximum of five lots per project with any further interest rolled over into other projects. This is because we believe everybody should have a chance of being part of the project.

 

Once all lots are filled, the project gets the green light to commence. Then the rest is left with us to manage. We’ll source the opportunity, design the concepts, scrutinise the details, and oversee the delivery whilst you kick back and relax. When the project reaches the end of it’s sales cycle (where all units are sold), we’ll divvy up all profits amongst the buyers (you).

Our management structure

So what does DIVVY get out of it? DIVVY retains a 20% equity of every project to manage all aspects of projects. Remuneration in the form of equity ensures that DIVVY has vested interest in the success of each project.

DIVVY does not have access to any of the profits until units are sold and funds have been been distributed to our investors.​ As a customer-centric business, it's in our best interest to make your interests, our interests.
